PerformanceMud MotorsWebsite preview · October 2026
David, here's a website that sells your kits and books your bench.
Customers can find the stage kit that fits their motor and buy it, track their order with your photos and videos from the bench, and send you a clip when something sounds off. You run all of it from one dashboard. It's live below. Click around, then use the list further down: it shows every spot on the site that needs your info.
Try it live
Scroll inside the window, open the stages, check a motor, try the cart. This is the real site, not a picture.
On a phone? Tap "Open the website". It works on phones just as well.

Your six kits
Shop, Stages and each stage page · about 60 spots · Needed to launch
The kits are what the site sells, so this is the biggest job. For each of Stage 1, Stage 2, Stage 2.5, Stage 3 Light, Stage 3 and the Turbo kit, we need:
Easiest way: fill in this sheet. Print it, or copy it into a text to Gage.
"Will it fit my rig?" on every page · Needed to launch
The fit checker only works if it knows which motors each kit and part goes on.

Build sheets
Builds page and each stage page · 3 to 5 builds · Needed to launch
Customers want to see a boat like theirs running the kit before they buy. There are two sheets now. One is from Donald A.'s Google review and is missing details. The other is only an example and gets replaced.
Anyone selling online needs these written down. A few plain sentences each is plenty.

Install videos
DIY page · 8 videos · Can come after launch
Each spot below says "Not recorded yet" on the site. For each one: the video (unlisted on YouTube works), plus the tools, steps, warnings and final checks. Also tell us which ones are for buyers only.
You may already have some of these. Your YouTube has videos like "gatortail props and uses" (21K views) and "PMM stage 3 lite paired with a twisted turbo kit." Tell us if any of them should go on this page.
Troubleshooting page · 6 problems · Can come after launch
Customers pick what their motor is doing. For each problem, tell us the likely causes, what to check first, what usually fixes it, any parts, safety warnings, and when it's time to bring it to you. Add any problems you hear about a lot.
